So, two sub-stories playing out come June: Audi vs Porsche will fight for the overall win, with Audi-Joest doing a last stand and Porsche learning its lessons last year (live up to the hype) and winning, while Toyota and Nissan draft each other, timing well until they can surprise the two German teams, while still playing out their battle for 3rd.
It's pretty remarkable that only NISMO is running from Japan, as Toyota's Le Mans team is based in Cologne.
